  • How long should I expect to wait for orders to arrive?
    All products are made to order and shipped directly to the customer's door. The date a customer receives their order is based on a combination of these two factors: 2–7 business days for printing/fulfillment. We'll notify the customer when their order has shipped and provide them with tracking info. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. Some products are manufactured and shipped overseas. For these rare cases, we let the customer know when to expect a longer delivery time.
  • Can I return items that I order?
    Because each item is custom printed and shipped to order, we cannot offer returns unless in case of a manufacturing defect. For correct sizing, refer to the sizing guide under each product description to ensure you order the right size.   • Does Easy Church Merch cost me anything?
    No! That's our favorite part of Easy Church Merch... The cost of buying merchandise up front from traditional bulk manufacturers can be a large expense and the need to sell enough to break even can be an unnecessary burden to carry. It is completely free to create a basic store. If you love it and you want even more features for your church store, then you can choose from our plus or premium plan options.
  • Is there a limit to how many products I can design?
    There is no limit to the amount of products you can design and add to your store with a plus or premium subscription plan. Select all colors or variants you want to offer while creating the product in our designer. With the free plan, you can add up to 8 products to your store.
  • Do we make any money from sales?
    Our business model takes the logistical burden from your shoulders but also doesn't provide funds to you. We keep your finances completely out of it and simply create a great way to get merchandise in the hands of your people! We know from experience that buying in bulk, managing inventory and sales tax is a headache and at the end of the day it's difficult to break even. We believe the sense of community and the natural marketing that merchandise provides is hard to find, especially for free!
  • How do I make sure embroidered designs look good?
    Embroidery is a little trickier than our print on demand products as it is harder to capture finer details with embroidery thread. It is the store manager's responsibility to create designs that are ready to be purchased as we cannot inspect every design created. Please refer to our embroidery guide attached below for help designing embroidered products.
  • Can I see the sales analytics for my store?
    Sales analytics are a feature of plus and premium plans. There are no analytics offered for free stores. If you would like to see analytics, upgrade to a plus or premium plan and they will become available in your account area.
  • Does Easy Church Merch offer bulk discounts?
    Yes! We are able to offer significant discounts on all items in our catalog when bought in larger quantities. Email us at info@easychurchmerch.com and we will work to get you a specific quote for what you need.
