All products are made to order and shipped directly to the customer's door. The date a customer receives their order is based on a combination of these two factors:
2–7 business days for printing/fulfillment. We'll notify the customer when their order has shipped and provide them with tracking info.
The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Some products are manufactured and shipped overseas. For these rare cases, we let the customer know when to expect a longer delivery time.

Because each item is custom printed and shipped to order, we cannot offer returns unless in case of a manufacturing defect. For correct sizing, refer to the sizing guide under each product description to ensure you order the right size.
